How to create your Google Form:

1. Go to script.google.com and create a new project
2. Delete any existing code and paste the code below
3. Press Ctrl/⌘ + S and wait until the "Saving…" message disappears
4. Choose step1_authorise in the function dropdown, click Run ▶ and authorise when prompted
5. Now choose createExamForm and click Run ▶
6. Check the Execution log for your new Form URL

⚠️ Steps 3–4 matter: this script is large (the question images are embedded in it), so running it before it has finished saving can hang and then fail with a permission error. Running the tiny step1_authorise function first makes the authorisation dialog appear straight away. Click "Advanced" → "Go to (project name)" if you see a warning, and allow pop-ups for script.google.com.

🔒 What does it access? Only Google Forms. The script creates one form and embeds your question images directly into it. It has no access to your Drive, Gmail, or any other data.

💡 Tip: If your school account blocks unverified scripts, run the script from a personal Gmail account, then open the finished form from your school account and use File → Make a copy to bring it into your school Drive.
